These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bubly Bathrooms website (bubly.co.uk) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
2.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.2 When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods to you.
2.3 All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
2.4 We make every effort to ensure that prices on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of the error and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3.2 Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
3.3 If you choose to pay using Klarna’s Buy Now Pay Later or instalment options, Klarna’s own terms and conditions will apply to that payment arrangement.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We aim to dispatch in-stock items on the same working day if ordered before 2pm. Delivery times vary depending on the product and delivery method selected.
4.2 Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as indicated on the website. For orders below the free delivery threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.3 Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4.4 Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive full payment.
4.5 Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of any damage.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Our full return and refund policy is available on our Returns & Refunds page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.
5.2 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as outlined in our returns policy.
5.3 Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty — please refer to our returns policy for details.
6. PRODUCT INFORMATION
6.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography.
6.2 Product images are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the product specifications for exact dimensions, finishes, and technical details.
6.3 We reserve the right to make changes to product specifications without prior notice where such changes do not materially affect the product’s performance or appearance.
7. WARRANTY
7.1 Many of our products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period varies by product and brand — please refer to the individual product listing or our Warranty Information page for details.
7.2 Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear.
7.3 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any manufacturer’s warranty.
8. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
8.1 If you find an identical product available from a UK-based online retailer at a lower price, we will match that price subject to our Price Match Guarantee terms.
8.2 The price match applies to the total cost including delivery. The product must be in stock, identical in specification, and available for immediate purchase from the competing retailer.
8.3 Price match requests must be made before or at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to verify the competing price and to decline a request at our discretion.
9. TRADE ACCOUNTS
9.1 Trade accounts are available to qualifying businesses. Trade pricing, credit terms, and other benefits are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time.
9.2 Trade account holders are subject to these general terms and conditions in addition to any specific trade account terms provided upon approval.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 All content on the Bubly Bathrooms website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Bubly Bathrooms Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded.
11.2 Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the goods in question.
11.3 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or costs of alternative products.
12. DATA PROTECTION
12.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
12.2 By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to fulfil your order.
13. GENERAL
13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.2 If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bubly Bathrooms Limited in relation to your use of the website and your purchase of goods.
