RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bubly Bathrooms, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in the same condition received, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email hello@bubly.co.uk. Returns must be authorised before being sent to: Bubly Bathrooms, 8 Repton Court, Repton Close, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1LN.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered where confirmed.
Use a tracked and insured service, as responsibility remains with you until received.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-faulty returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.
Provide clear images or video evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may be refused if items are used, installed, not in original packaging, or not in resalable condition.
The following are non-returnable unless faulty: made-to-order or customised items, cut-to-size products, hygiene items where seals are broken, clearance or ex-display items, and gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return it following this policy and place a new order.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods. Items must still be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The 25% restocking fee will be deducted where applicable.
Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. If already dispatched, the returns process applies.
